PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A collaborative effort between the JCPenney's internal team, another vendor and projekt202 to create a cohesive, responsive experience for JCPenney.com. The project was active from November 2016 - June 2017 and included UX concepting, rapid iterative testing and evaluation, and development.

As a UX Lead, I was responsible for managing the Top of Funnel team who focused on everything customer facing prior to login or the cart experience. There were a total of 3 teams (Top of Funnel, Loyalty, Bottom of Funnel) in addition to a dedicated design system team who defined the UI patterns across the entire project.
